the hotel has perfect location(โjust a few minutes walk from santa lucia railway station and the waterboat station); a beautiful and very well maintained room; a clean and spacious bathroom; friendly and nice staffs who speak fluent english; wholesome and hearty breakfast buffet, etcโ
โNot in popular area, but very quiet and relatively close to S. Lucia station - walking distance in 10 min.
Staff were extremely kind and made my stay very comfortable.
Facilities are good considering old buildings.โ
โBooked 3 nights as a couple getaway. Perfect base for us, big bed, TV (could plug our fire stick in), helpful staff, powerful shower and overall great experience, would book again if we come back to Venice.
Location perfect, near plenty of dining options, close to the vaporetto and a nice walk to San Marco.
The only negative was the A/C, touch screen was annoying and would randomly turn on. Managed to manually shut it off.โ
