โVery friendly check in! The bed was comfortable, the espresso in the room with the little snack was a nice treat. Itโs close to the train station as well. โ
โWe had an unplanned doctor visit in the morning of our check-in day that delayed everything planned in our day. I received a call from Angela around 6 pm saying that we were late for our check in and she'd leave notes for us. She reminded me that there is a roughly 100 meters of upheel walk and stairs. Then I realized my mother-in-law joined our trip last minutes and we had totally forgotten about this part. I asked Angela if there was a wheelchair I could use for my mother-in-law. She paused...
โWe had a fantastic stay at Il Veliero. I canโt say enough about the wonderful Judith! Who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! She was so helpful and accommodating! We loved the location so close to beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms were great and super clean. Our outdoor courtyard was perfect for our group of seven to have cocktails before dinner and charcuterie lunches. We would definitely come back again!!!โ
โOur bedroom and bathroom were small, but clean, organized and well kept. The location was very convenient and near the beaches. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was fresh.
Our hostess was helpful, very cordial and gave us information about the area and where things were located. A very pleasant stay. โ

Staff at Castello have been exceptional, friendly and attentive. 5/5 for cleanliness and food. Pool is quite clean and well equipped for relaxing. Would highly recommend :-)โ
