โThis motel is well maintained . The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. Also has washing machine & dryer facility. โ
โThere is nobody onsite, it is virtual check in which although I didn't have any issues with I was not aware of this prior. Other than that the room was very clean and quiet - in fact the benefit of this place is no upstairs neighbors making noise all night and keeping you awake. The cons for me - the room was quite small with no table or seating area, and although there is a flat screen TV there was a very poor selection of very basic cable channels and no apps to stream from your laptop or...
โAs a person whoโs picky about hotels this one passed the test. Everything was up to standard, room and bathroom. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. โ
โI was very happy to stay this hotel. Also, very enjoyable experience in Universal studio. Bus station is near hotel (Just 1 $ for Pink Route bus)โ
"I clearly left my clothes in the closet before checking out of this hotel. I contacted the hotel immediately after checkout, yet they kept claiming they had never seen anything and that nothing was found. I know exactly where I left my belongings, but the hotel denied everything and took no responsibility whatsoever.
When I complained in person at the lobby, they told me, "We'll follow up. If we find it, we'll contact you. If not, we'll consider compensation." But once I left LA, I sent multiple emailsโwhich they read but never replied to for days.
What made it worse was that while I was seriously explaining the situation, some staff nearby were smirking and laughing, as if it was a joke. It was disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
Thereโs a strong possibility that a housekeeper stole my belongings, yet the hotel conducted no real investigation, gave no updates, and offered no resolution. They just kept saying things like โWe understandโ and โWeโll do our bestโโbut did absolutely nothing.
Theft, zero accountability, and staff who mock customersโeasily the worst hotel experience of my life. Stay far away from this place."
"Downtown L.A. was so expensive that I found a reasonable place to stay, so I stayed at the Glendale Hotel. It was nice to visit Joshua Tree National Park, and the accommodation was not bad. However, it was a shame that the bathroom didn't drain properly because it was an old place. I haven't received a deposit refund yet."
"I honestly donโt understand why this hotel is rated as 4-star. Itโs a run-down building which doesnโt have any proper amenities..
This hotel deserves 2.5 stars. "
