โMy wife and I had an absolutely delightful time at the farmhouse. The location was absolutely splendid, the evening and accommodations were perfect, and our breakfast was really delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better night in the Highlands, and loved every minute of our stay. Our room was quiet and private, and the other rooms seemed similarly quiet and well-appointed.
We loved driving down to Tarbat Ness lighthouse, had a delightful dinner up the road at Platform 1864 in Tain, and...
โGreat overnight stay, very comfortable bed, a great breakfast. The room was comfortable and spacious/ I will be staying here again that's for certainโ
โExcellent stay at Dornoch Station, along with our dog. Hotel and staff very dog friendly. Breakfast service on the first day (with our dog, in the lounge) was incredibly slow; but second day (without our dog, in the restaurant) was speedy. Quality of food and drinks excellent! โ
โMy room was cosy and very clean.
The bed was high and the linen was immaculate and very comfortable, a proper princess bed.
Location is walking distance from shops, restaurants and the quaint harbour.
Breakfast was tasty and well presented.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others. โ
โA beautiful and charming little guest house sits by the sea and nice beach where you can have a stroll with a drink. Lovely place and the staff ware all very friendly. We will def come back to stay longer. โ
โSimon, Jen and the children are lovely and could not have done more. Felt like we stayed with friends in the guest bedroom. Cannot thank them enough.โ
โHotel was very clean, I was in a single room so was fairly small, but adequate and very clean, bed was very comfortable.
All staff very friendly, great service and great breakfast. My second stay here and would definitely return. โ
โVery highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. โ
โFood was delicious, a bit pricey but everywhere is pricey nowadays. Bed very comfortable. Just small things like sofa could have been vacuumed and areas in room that are touched a lot could have been cleaned, but the room was clean overall.

โExceptional property, beautifully restored and decorated. Lovely common room for use by guests. Host was very friendly and available. Short walk into town (10 minutes) and only a bit further to a beautiful sandy beach (15 minutes). Delicious breakfast with barrista made coffee and option for home made bread.โ
โThe rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland! โ
