The front desk didnt take our photo so getting into the hotel every time qe went out was extremely annoying . Not consistent , our room had a safe , our friends didnt , our swithes barely worked and the phone in my friends room didnt . They got complime tary water we didnt . Room wasnt cleaned one day . Tha best part was the service that Isa provided during breakfast. She was absolutely lovely and constantly checking if we needed anything . The pool was good , nice area to relax . The decor is a bit outdated, and rooms need renovating.

Excellent stay, just needs coffee making equipment

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups.

Excelente custo-benefício para quem vai ficar em Porto Alegre. Bem próximo do aeroporto, e bem localizado, hotel limpo, serviço de quarto muito bom, e o café da manhã sensacional! Estão de parabéns pelo atendimento também!

Hotel maravilhoso, limpo e confortável, o quarto grande e bem equipado! O atendimento também foi excelente e o café da manhã estava ótimo, muitas variedades e tudo de extrema qualidade.
