"Avoid This Hotel. This hotel feels more like a 2-star establishment. The hotel is isolated, located above a supermarket, and offers very basic facilities. Despite being advertised as a spa hotel, there is no spa. The rooms are very noisy. While showering our baby daughter, the metal shower control knob fell off, creating a serious safety risk. Instead of apologising and acknowledging the danger, staff dismissed our concerns, saying it was only 3 cm and not a big deal. Moving us to another...

"Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, and the pool area excellent – a great place to relax with plenty of space and comfortable surroundings. The breakfast offered a good selection and was a great way to start the day.
