There are restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores around, and the hotel staff is very responsive to your needs. There is no refrigerator in the room, and a clubhouse is nearby. If you want a quiet room, think a little more.

For the price paid for a one night stay the Ibis offered very good value for your money. Within walking distance of everything we needed to do in Portsmouth. All staff members were polite and very helpful. Rooms are small and bathroom a bit tight on space but they are clean and comfortable. We slept well and the Ibis suited our needs. Would stay again at this hotel if visiting Portsmouth again.

The windows and doors do not provide enough sound proofing. The hotel is located in a very noisy area. Although it didn't help that there was a very noisy dog in the next room.

We stayed for one night so it was perfect for a stopover. Our room and en-suite was very clean and well presented but the bathroom was so small. You didn’t have a lot of leg room when sitting on the toilet and the shower was very small but that was the only negative thing! We had breakfast in the morning, there was a selection of food on offer so you wouldn’t go hungry to be fair. The staff we met were polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again for a stopover.

Welcoming staff, comfortable, clean room, large lounge and bar.Great value for money. I need more reasons to visit Portsmouth so I can have a return stay! Thank for the memory.

Excellent location. Parking should not be charged separately. Carpet in room badly stained. Bathroom extremely small and needed to exit to be able to dry oneself after shower. Shower was good but agin very tight.
