“Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well.”

“Was clean the food was so, so the people were very friendly and nice, the Internet was no good. The showers were ice cold there were no phones in the room. Nothing was near for meals or anything, they did not come to pick us up at the airport”

The sheets were visibly dirty, failing to meet even basic hygiene standards. The bathroom was also in poor condition, appearing as though it had not been cleaned at all. “Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!”

“한 건물에 호텔만이 아니라 마트와 식당도 같이 되어 있어서 여러가지 물건을 살수도 있는 장점이 있지만, 로비가 4층에 있고, 혼잡하고 시끄러운 단점이 있음. 어떤 방은 냄새도 없고 괜찮지만, 어떤 방은 냄새가 나서 별루임 시트와 방은 대부분 가격대비 다른 호텔에 비해서 비슷하고, 화장실은과 샤워실은 별루였음. 특히 샤워실에서 수압이 좀 약하고 문 상태와 시설이 별루임. 다음 방문할때는 그냥 좀 더 싼 호텔을 찾는게 더 나을듯 함.”
