“The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.”

Asked for extra towels for pool which were provided & were great. 10min walk to beach / bakery / cafe / sodas. 2 min walk to grocery store. On a busy road. ”

“The front desk staff go above and beyond anytime I have stayed here. They were so helpful with my pets and baggage (I was overwhelmed with a new rescue puppy and my other dog and suitcases). Also I love their breakfast buffet! Quick tip- if you take the super early shuttle to check in at the airport you can take it back for a quick breakfast. :) All in all i absolutely love this hotel and all its staff. Highly highly recommend. ”

“This was the worst hotel experience we have had. The initial room smelled liked urine. Instead of moving us they dumped super smelly chemicals into the AC and told us the problem was fixed. We asked to be moved and the front desk said "problem fixed". We put up a fight and were moved to another room with the horrible chemical smell. We tried to stay there but our eyes and lungs burned. Finally a great manager got involved and moved us to a less smelly room. We would have left it at that and...

“Rolando and Audrey (at the front desk) were amazing! They helped arrange our transportation from the airport (both ways) but also arranged a shuttle to see friends over an hour away. They also arranged our surf lesson with Luis and we had THE BEST TIME. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great and had a “fire show” on the beach. We stayed in the Supreme room and the beds were great, it was super clean. We heard music from somewhere down the street until late, but it didn’t bother us. The...

“The room was clean and simple. Airco worked very well and staff is friendly. It was nice to have a good restaurant attached to the hotel. For anyone who is looking for a short stay in Brasilito this is a great option. They even organized a surf lesson for the kids ”

“Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Air conditioned work. This hotel was more than a four star. Standard room is small. We upgraded to the junior suite and enjoyed it immensely. Beach 5 minute walk. restaurants 3 minutes. Grocery stores across the street. ”

“Love the place, the pool was lovely and mostly quiet plenty of sitting available. The room was clean and well stocked with a full fridge, dishes everything you’d need. They don’t supply paper towels or dish soap so would want to get that before heading to the area. There is a tiny store but it’s not very equipped. Also you’re in jungle wooden area lot of bugs ants mostly take bug killer. Staff excellent and helpful. You are not on the beach but you have private access to it just across the way....

“It’s has on premise parking for only 5 cars. And the street parking for the specific street was already full. We had to park the car on the street which 2 block away from the hotel (~600m away). ”
