"This was my first time staying at this property and overall it was excellent! It appears to be an older property but is fully renovated, clean, modern, and my room was very comfortable. Check in went smoothly and I was informed of amenities offered at the hotel and best place to park for elevator. The elevator is towards the back of the building by a side door that is not accessible after 11pm. I really like the modern and unique decor as it was very different from other Comfort Inn hotels, and it was quite upscale. I had room 207, which was upstairs and close to the lobby, it was quiet, and had a nice view of the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable, 4 pillows on each queen bed (2), the room was clean, everything worked, and was in good condition. Ice cold AC and refrigerator too! The water pressure was good and there was plenty of towels. I did find the bathroom somewhat cramped though. Soda machines for a 20oz bottle was a reasonable two dollars. Breakfast was standard Comfort Inn offerings, with eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. First morning was sausage and I was pleased to see Bacon on the second morning! Only dislike was there was only orange or apple juice to choose from. The breakfast area itself was spacious, plenty of tables, and modern! I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property! It was only 10-15 minutes from Busch Gardens, the reason for my stay! "

"Great little motel. It was a little older, which we liked because it was in Williamsburg. There’s a great pancake house at the end of the parking lot. Through the wall ac was super cold thankfully! It was cute, clean, and convenient. Nice, well maintained pool. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Great job y’all! 😃"

"Tom and Sue are excellent hosts. If you love American history, this is the place to stay. The house is very well appointed with historical artifacts. It is a great jumping of point for all that Williamsburg (and Yorktown/ Jamestown) has to offer. We stayed 4 nights and it was well worth it. Breakfast was great every morning. I loved that Tom (and Sue, when she was available) would sit with us at breakfast. They are great conversationalists."

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front. Overall, worth it for the low price point for our 1 night stay."
