"Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone...

"Lovely second stay at the Nautilux. We stayed in a patio hot tub room again, with half board, which suited us perfectly. The staff are all great, exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. There wasn’t much in the way of evening entertainment, but that suited us. The food was always freshly prepared, and delicious. "Booked as wanted a hotel with a pool. The pool and the pool bar were closed unfortunately. The weather had been a bit changeable but the pool looked like it hadn’t been used for a while. Would like to have been informed.. However, the rooms were exceptionally clean. Could do with glasses/cups in the room though"
