She made it happen 2 hours early, and then, unfortunately, our toilet wasn’t functioning, so she came to check and decided to move us…right down the hall. She brought us the new key and left the door open for us. I’m not sure I have ever had a more attentive, helpful, kind staff person! "

"We were given the end room on the 1st floor. Our room was not the cleanest and the beds were hard. I can usually deal with all of that but due to the exterior door being steps away from our room door, the constant loud squeaking and slamming of the door averaged us 2 hours of sleep each night. I expressed the concerns to the staff, who were very friendly. While I do not anticipate staying at this location again, I definitely will not be in room 127. "
