"I just overslept for 6 hours and they didn't return my deposit"

"The room was clean but poorly maintained. The paint was chipped in many places - no pride of ownership was reflected here. There were no laundry facilities, no irons or ironing boards in the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The carpet was worn, as well as the furniture. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The linens were much lower quality. It felt like the owners did as little as possible and put as little money into the hotel as they could. I have stayed in lower starred hotels that were much nicer. You could tell it used to be a nice hotel, but it has become run down now. They don't seem to care about repeat customers, so we will try a different hotel next time."

"Everyone who worked there was very nice. But we had issues with our toilet, so had to move room. Also their main elevator, one was out, and the other went out in middle of night. Very accommodating to our issues, but still issues"

"No restaurant within the hotel. No drinking water inside the room. No bell boy to carry bags of disabled person like me. Washroom door couldnt close and it was so ambarsing. This hotel was not of Marriott standard. I am not at all satisfied. Not ADA compliant and I want my money back."
