The front desk folks went above and beyond and so so nice. Had an issue with a Maid, just very inconsiderate. I was caring a medium cooler down the hall, and she started to walk and took up the whole aisle so I could not pass. Had to wait for her to move past me before I could proceed. Then she rolled her eyes (a few times). Another housekeeper saw this interaction and came up to me and asked if she could carry my cooler. (by the way, a bit handicap and walk with a limp). Sad when you co-workers need to adjust to make up for a lack of consideration when working in a service industry.

Bugs everywhere. Looks nothing like the photos. The webpage mentioned a pool and jacuzzi, but neither were available. They didn’t appear to have been used in months, empty and full of crap (according to the kids). On arrival, I waited for 10 minutes for assistance. The janitorial staff stopped and got us help. We got as far as the room, then immediately turned around and left. The manager was quick to help us check out and refund our money at that point. They seemed to not be surprised by our reaction and reason for leaving.

been here a couple times. place is convenient, beds are super comfy. this last time i reserved a room with 1 king size bed like a week in advance for my partner and i and we got there and they didn’t have any available. only a room with 2 full beds. so that was super disappointing

Maintenance is an issue. The entrance door was very difficult to open due to dragging on the floor. Tub and shower valves needs to be reworked. Staff was friendly and helpful, but facility need help.

The room smelled of cigarettes. No gravy for the biscuits and gravy. 11pm the noise thru the roof. Kids screaming. Dogs barking. People going in and out. The bed was lumpy. The day we checked out Debbie was the highlight of our trip. She was the only one that was very nice. We really liked her.

All great but one thing.

It was a pleasant stay. The bed felt clean, the room seemed clean, breakfast was good. It was quiet, easy access from the road we were travelling and my brief interaction with staff was pleasant as expected - nothing extra that was good or extra that was negative. The ONLY negative, was the bathroom. There was no toilet tissue holder - which doesn't seem like a big deal, but on the wall near that general area, there was black smudgey short streaks on the wall. Next to the toilet your mind tends to imagine ONE thing when you see black smears... The wall down to the floor just seemed dirty (besides those streaks). But, with those streaks you just imagine dirty hands, and now you have to pick up the toilet tissue (rather than just pull it from the roll) and you imagine other hands touching the tissue and... it's just unpleasant. Having a clean bathroom area is such a big deal when you want your guests to feel your hotel is clean. I hope this location will take some time and go through their rooms to make sure they're presenting themselves well.

This is the worst possible hotel ever! The room was awful, blood on the walls, ceiling tiles missing in the room, holes in the wall, very strange people in the halls, & very sketchy people outside. Do NOT stay here!!!!!!
