Beautiful hotel, great location.

We stayed for 4 nights to visit family and friends and we loved the hotel. Very well located, very central without having to be in the middle of the city center. We had really nice views. The staff was very friendly and the rooms really clean and comfy. The breakfast was great and the van service was a great plus!!

No on-site dining however several nice restaurants right outside down the street and across the street. Did have a nice breakfast setup. Area very close to the sites in downtown Puebla. Can walk to downtown in about 15 min.

This is a very loud hotel because it was inexpensively constructed. Noise from the street was loud all night because of thin windows. The person above us could be heard walking til late because there is no insulation. The fan on the AC unit was also loud. Even though the price was good, I would not say here again.
