Este hotel seguramente tuvo tiempos mejores. Requiere una remodelación extensiva y una modernizada. La señal de internet es insufrible, la tv aún analógica de cinescopio, no funciona bien, habitaciones lúgubres, falta iluminación, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir.....

Un lugar lejos de todo y cerca de la tranquilidad El lugar es muy agradable, es un estilo rústico y colonial muy cómodo, con excelente ubicación, tranquilo, cuenta con todos los servicios, las imágenes corresponden a la realidad de lo que este hermoso lugar ofrece. 100% recomendable. Hotel muy cerca de Cholula

Excelente trato del personal ,en recepción y de este muchacho Carlos,a pesar de que estuvimos de paso y una noche ,Carlos exelente muy atento con sus servicios , ojalá y hayan muchos como él,llegamos muy cansados y la atención muy bueno, también un señor de edad que me estuvo indicando a donde ir a Puebla y Cholula, disculpa no recuerdo su nombre pero muy atento, gracias por todo, saludos

Very bad service, difficult and expensive to reach

This hotel has made a great effort to reinvent colonial grandeur but lacks all basic services, hot water didn't work for most of the stay and the local staff was incredibly rude and couldn't even be bothered to do try provide some of the most basic service concepts. The place is WAY far from any other location and it's near impossible to get taxis unless you use the hotel's own service that charge tripple of the local rates so it very quickly becomes massively expensive staying here and not worth the price you pay.

Beautiful place but lacks service

The place is beautiful but very difficult to find and there is little guidance from the hotel as to how to get there, only a single sign on the road which is RIGHT in a curve and easy to miss. The staff is not very well educated and lacks multiple basic skills for basic hotel management.

Needs upgrade

The staff is friendly however the property needs major upgrades for the basics; hot water, towels, drawers and restaurant service. No hot water!! There is an electric motor over the shower that we were told would give hot water but all we got was luke warm water and for only 2-3 minutes. That alone is a no no. But then we needed more towels and we were told they ran out of clean towels because they were used at the pool. Our first morning we went to the restaurant and waited over 20 minutes while a larger party that arrived after us was being serviced,mind you the place was almost empty. They just decided to ignore us two... we walked out. The rooms have no drawers, just vintage tables. So we checked out 4 days early and booked another hotel. It was worth loosing money so not to stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

Siempre un buen lugar donde llegar pero...

Las habitaciones ya necesitan remodelación a pesar de q esa es la idea de que se sienta uno en un lugar tradicional , no estaría mal q pintaran sus habitaciones de color claro y usarán decoración clara ya q así se miran muy funebres y si complementan esto con aire acondicionado tendrían mejor auge entre la gente y así lo recomendaría más
