My favorite hotel in Puebla. Great secure parking for motorcycles. Friendly staff with comfortable rooms. Great location near the plaza. Tons of restaurants near by.

Staff was very short and made us feel like we were an interruption of their work, I booked this hotel for 3 adults, we were given only 2 bath towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, and when we asked for additional towels and toilet paper we were told that they were only allowed to provide 2 bath towels and 1 roll of paper per room, but she was going to check with management, to see if we could get additional necessities. Although, we laughed about it, I find it very inconvenient that we even have to ask for basic necessities.

En general todo está muy bien en el hotel, desde la conveniencia de estar a unos pasos de la catedral hasta el proceso de recepción que es muy ágil. El detalle por el cual doy 4 estrellas es porque dentro de las habitaciones que ocupé que fueron con cama doble matrimonial no funcionaba la persiana de la ventana y aunque amablemente me cambiaron una habitación, la nueva contaba con el mismo problema.

No sirve el elevador, el lobby se encuentra en el tercer piso, hay que subir escaleras por el estacionamiento, hojala se corrija, por lo demas sin problema, tener en cuenta el detalle del elevador

Hotel con las 3's B's. Bueno, bonito y barato. Si quieres un alojamiento totalmente cerca del Zócalo con lo básico, está es la opción.

Nos dieron una habitación donde no servía el aire acondicionado, al pedir el cambio, sabían perfectamente que estaba defectuoso, la regadera era solo un tubo de donde salía demasiada agua o apenas un chorrito. Es incómodo dormir con el pitido constante de la alarma. Cierran a las 12 de la noche y si llegas despues de esa hora, asi sean unos minutos, esperas afuera de 20 a 30 minutos para que abran y el encargado te empieza a regañar con mucha molestia. Camas un poco incomodas. Calidad en el servicio, excelente.

Está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable, nos ayudaron con las direcciones. Lo único que no me gustó fue que en nuestro cuarto no había regadera en el baño, sólo un tubo y salía con mucha potencia que el agua acababa hasta afuera de la habitación, por lo que siempre se veía sucio por el agua que salpicaba

Limpieza, seguridad, acceso desde hotel al centro todo esto muy bien.. sin embargo, en el check-in la chica no me pudo informar con certeza el cargo por desayuno ni el menú del desayuno, acaso no está informada? Por otra parte, no pude ver canales cable pues no se sintonizaban y la conexión wifi muy irregular casi mala.

Buena relación calidad precio

Hotel limpio súper ubicado a una cuadra del zócalo, el estacionamiento es funcional por medio de un vallet parking, la habitación limpia, algunos detalles en general pero por la relación calidad-precio está muy bien, me volvería a hospedar.
