Todo muy bien con las instalaciones y la habitación. Lo único que no me agradó fué que al hacer el check out se preguntó en recepción si podíamos dejar el automóvil un par de horas mientras íbamos a desayunar y la respuesta fué un no de manera cortante diciendo que al hacer el check out se cortaba cualquier trato con el hotel, muy mal punto, ya que en otros hoteles nunca han tenido inconveniente con una petición así. Por éste motivo no sé si lo volvería a considerar como opción para mis viajes a Puebla.

La recepción no esta abierta las 24hrs como lo dicen, el restaurante tampoco es 24hrs. Nada mal para un descanso. La atención un 4 de 5, Les falta mejorar la atención al cliente y ser más acomedidos.

Habitación limpia, camas cómodas, no cuenta con climatización pero no hizo falta y acudí con mi familia en enero. Estacionamiento exclusivo. Todo por uno de los mejores precios que encontré en xpedia para este destino turístico.
