El hotel cumple las expectativas de acuerdo al precio, pero al no tener personal las 24 horas, la noche se vuelve una fiesta, ayer en la noche en una habitación entraban y salían con mucho ruido hasta media noche, en otra hubo fiesta hasta las 3 AM y a las 5 AM comenzó el ruido hasta las 8 AM, total, pude dormir unas 3 horas solamente

La limpieza es muy buena, la atención también, el problema es que como no hay personal en las noches, otros huéspedes del mismo piso hicieron demasiado ruido hasta las 2 AM y no hay a quien reportar, el WiFi por momentos se desconectaba, lo demás bien

La regadera hecha a agua por todos lados está todo muy limpio pero también las toallas muy pequeñas y ni una botellita de agua aunque la vendieran si solucionan eso estaría perfecto

Siempre pasamos a Puebla a trasnochar y buscamos siempre algo accesible, nos habíamos quedado en muchisimos pero éste nos pareció con las 3 B, sin embargo, si hay que ir a pedir lo de siempre (toalla, papel, jabon). Si resolvieran ésto sería mejor.

Las chicas que nos atendieron en recepción fueron siempre muy amables, desafortunadamente coincidimos con huéspedes poco respetuosos que hicieron mucho ruido. Otro inconveniente fue que no tuvimos agua caliente

El personal es extremadamente amable. Lo único que nos resultó muy complicado, es que esta propiedad es en realidad un motel de paso. Y una parte del hotel si funciona como tal. La zona es complicada y no es un hotel familiar definitivamente
