푸에르토 델 카르멘 아파트식 호텔

“Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, food ok. apart from 1 receptionist. Had requested a quiet room direct email to hotel, was allocated a room on the road! Receptionist claimed they didnt receive email and couldn't help as hotel full?? Next day other Receptionist very helpful”

“Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 a day+10 deposit. Pool: good size, clean. Only down side was the rules of no ball games or inflatables which I hadn't been aware of before booking. I liked the glass boundary all around, great for child safety. Snack bar: lovely pizza! Apartment: living room. No air con so when sleeping on the Murphy bed it was a bit warm (I used...

“Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.”

“Apartment was very dated, the sofa was absolutely disgusting it was supposed to be brown in colour but because it was used so often it was turning black, I had to put two large blankets over it to act as throws so I could sit on it, the cleaning of the apartment was a joke, sorry, I will not going back”

“The apartment was nicely renovated and had air conditioning. The apartment blocks are split over two areas, so didn’t really get the holiday feel quite as much. The pool area is quite compact and whilst we never had an issue getting a sunbed they were all very close together and not very comfortable. The pool was also built up all around it with no real breeze so felt very enclosed and quite hot. The staff were all super friendly and happy to help with anything. Sadly our apartment number 63...

“La chica de recepción nos ayudó mucho y fue muy amable con nosotros, nos dió mucha información sobre excursiones y nos facilitó bastante la vida. Hotel bonito que se estaba reformando, quizás le falte aire acondicionado pero está muy bien y tranquilo.”

“It was really beautiful and well equipped accomodation including kitchenettes, a bath tub and a shower booth. Despite the bath tub was broken but the terrace and beds were clean so that we were pleased during the stay.”

“Very convenient to shops , restaurants and transport. Stayed in a studio that was very clean and well appointed.”

“Le bungalow était très propre. Personnel souriant et efficace. Il y a ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet établissement à taille humaine.”

“Very good area ,amazing food”
