The pools were disgustingly dirty, bartenders were unfriendly and seemed bothered to help you. Transporting to airport was supposed to be included but wasn’t. No WiFi in room for first 2 days. Our room was very hot, everyone else was freezing.

Very hot with limited A/C horrible food options. Charged extra for room on arrival. Alarm went off in room multiple times. Not many English speakers. Bugs in the room. Had to leave the resort to get good food.

Lo bueno en el hotel fue la atención de los empleados en todas las áreas. Con relación al hotel no puedo decir lo mismo para comenzar el cuarto no tenia comunicación con la recepción del hotel, la humedad in soportable en el cuarto y hongo lo cual pregunte a otros y tenían el mismo problemas, 2 días para reparar el internet de la villa, toallas de cuarto y piscina con olor desagradable. Falta de A/C en muchos lugares y problemas de mosca en áreas de comida.
