The pictures don't match the property at all. The room was dirty. You couldn't use the dishes in the room. Sleep with the lights on because there are roaches. The water didn't get hot. It was barely warm.

This beautiful Caribbean hotel has a large, clean swimming pool and a cozy room with a private kitchen. It’s located in a safe, vibrant area full of cafés, bars, restaurants, and minimarkets, with fresh fruit available nearby. The hotel also has its own private, comfortable beach with soft white sand and plenty of sun loungers — perfect for relaxing all day.

This hotel is a true gem — it has a beautiful tropical garden full of flowers and birds, a stunning beach just steps away, and a lively nightlife scene nearby. The room was very comfortable and included a private kitchen, which made it easy to cook our own meals. There are also several supermarkets just around the corner — super convenient!

This was the worst property I have ever stayed at. There was no hot water. The shower was disgusting. The AC in the bedroom didn't work well. The room was so hot. NO AC in living room so hard to sit there. I think listing said free breakfast but the reception said no. It was fine that was the least of it. The club downstairs played loud music that could be heard in my room making it impossible to sleep. The kitchenette was dirty and ill equipped. I just came to DR in May .i loved the area so I came back. This was a huge disappointment. The housecleaners were nice and helped me with some laundry. The rooftop pool was nice which is where i was most of the time. The other pool you couldnt sit at all the chairs were broken.

The property is nothing like the pictures. The fixtures are rusted the room is smelly the building is smelly. Expedia and the hotel should be sued for false advertising. The mattress on the bed looks like a cot.

This was the WORST place I’ve ever attempted to stay at. We checked in and stayed maybe 5 minutes and found a different place to stay due to the condition of this place. I would not recommend. Tv didn’t work, air didn’t work, water pressure was horrible. I could go on, but I do not recommend.

I don’t think this property should be on list for vacation on Expedia or either vacation website. Room wasn’t cleaned, stains on bed sheets and last day I found a cup of used cigarrets from previous customers,it means this room never been cleaned before we arrived. I also found cockroaches in the room. Only one paper toilet for 3 days and when we ran out we needed to ask for it. Potable water taste salty and building smells nasty. AC machine is not working properly. We had a terrible experience. I trusted on Expedia in base of pictures but it not true.
