"Room was good staff were good but Breakfast wax terrible. Dry baked beans running scrambled eggs no fried. Coffee machine didn’t work. Enjoyed the stay but won’t be booking breakfast next time"

"This was a good choice of hotel, so central, with views over the river and easy from the station, convenient for buses, shops and attractions. All the staff were very pleasant but a BIG shout out to the reception team - they were amazing, outstanding they couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. If we return to Bristol that requires a overnight stay we would definitely stay in the Bristol."

"Very comfortable stay. Bathroom was well designed with (very rare for the UK) a powerful shower. The bedroom was a little stuffy as we were unable to open any windows, the ac was fine. Breakfast was fine, not sure why more seasonal fruit is not available but that still seems to be the norm nowadays. Swimming pool was a plus. Overall a very good hotel."

"The room was clean but the grouting around tiles were yellow. The mirror over the table was too high to sit and make myself up. Wardrobe and furniture were a bit dated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Always seemed to do more and above of what was expected. The breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety for everyone. Although I would like to see the addition of strawberries blueberries and raspberries to the breakfast menu. Parking was a bit of a surprise cost. I didn’t read anything on line about the cost of £25 for parking overnight. That was definitely an unwelcome hidden cost! The spa didn’t seem to cater for disabled people?"

"This hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and the staff are so helpful & friendly . Our room was lovely , beds really comfy & air conditioned also, had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice . This hotel had thought of everything, even an ice machine on the hotels floors , it differs from other places I have stayed as I cannot find anything I would change & would highly recommend staying here ."

"Clean comfortable rooms with high quality bedding. Good bathroom facilities with walk in shower. Cooked meal not available after 2200., only sandwiches. Pity about walk from terminal, particularly with two heavy cases. A golf cart shuttle would be useful for older customers."
