“Staff were very helpful from beginning until the end of my stay. They readily let me do early check-in. The room was clean and cool and easily accessible. Around the corner from a Yemeni restaurant and supermarket”

“Great location 2 min walk to haram. Breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful staff”

“Good hotel, clean, nice employees. They help you well if there is an issue. 20 min. to masjid nabi”

“No daily room clean. You have to request it multiple times”

“Generally, the hotel is good. Food is nice, transport to and from The Haram was fantastic. The only thing which is some how below the standard is about house keeping. No one was available to collect the rubbish, supply of toile tissue was available on request. Appart from that I am si happy to be there”
