"I am writing to formally warn future guests about the severe lack of hygiene and abysmal service at this property. My stay was completely ruined due to multiple unacceptable issues.
First, the cleanliness was deplorable. The bedding and carpets were highly unsanitary. I suffered multiple bite marks all over my arms and legs, highly indicative of bedbugs or dust mites, which caused severe itching and distress throughout my entire trip. The kitchen utensils were too filthy to use, and the electric kettle had heavy, unwashed limescale inside. Furthermore, the 66th-floor swimming pool water was so poorly maintained and dirty that it was unusable.
Second, the hotel failed to disclose their housekeeping policy at the time of booking. I was never informed that housekeeping is only provided for stays exceeding 7 nights. Consequently, I had to request basic items like fresh towels every single time via WhatsApp. Due to incompetent internal communication, staff failed to arrive at the requested times and instead repeatedly knocked on my door three separate times for the exact same request. Having to dispose of all garbage by myself in this apartment-style setup was also highly inconvenient.
This property fell drastically short of basic hospitality standards. I strongly demand a prompt explanation and appropriate compensation from the management. I highly advise others to avoid staying here."
