Great location, within walking distance to everything yet away from the noisy parts of town. The balcony was a good size, and the kitchen, while small, was adequately equipped. The toilet and bathroom were very clean. However, the bedroom felt dark and dingy. We understand it’s not a serviced property, but for a five-night stay, it would have been nice to receive a couple more rolls of toilet paper and additional bin liners

Excellent location close to town centre and attractions. Easy to walk to things. Host was great - very welcoming, helpful and efficient. Feel lucky to have found a place at short notice for a Saturday night. Unit comfortable and clean with all we needed. Trade-off for the bedroom facing the road was some traffic noise. The other bedroom was perfectly quiet. Would stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay. It could have been better if they topped up a few things like other hotels/motels when they came for room service and tidy the things better. First place I found they didn't top up/tidy except towels in the room. But place is good and reaaonable to stay. It will be nice if they have better fans for room. Opening windows may give better air but outside noise can disturb your sleep.

In a good location for town, waterfront and gondola. We were given the top apartment which was around 40 steps from reception - not great. A few niggles. No instant coffee for making a quick drink, phone not working, wrong WiFi password provided. Not the fantastic views mentioned on their website. However, good spacious appartment which had everything for our needs.
