"We were worried about our booking after seeing quite a few negative reviews while on our drive to the hotel. The front desk agent was friendly and helpful when we checked in. The main two elevators for the tower were out of service so everyone had to use one elevator - not the end of the world and not enough of an inconvenience for me to give one star as others had done. Both staff members we encountered that were wotrking the breakfast were super friendly and kept the space very clean and stocked. The only real issue we had was that the people in the room next to us were arguing, screaming, and slamming doors all hours of the night. Our baby had been woken up multiple times overnight due to them yelling. We asked the front desk agent the next morning if there were specific quiet hours and she was confused what I meant. We were just hoping to get a more specific time frame of when at night people needed to be more respectful so we could call if we had issues again but never got an answer. All she had to say about the situation was "oh" and wrote a note. Luckily that room checked out and we didnt have further issues with them, but I'm slightly dissapointed in the way it was handled. Otherwise, we had a good stay. I think all of the one star reviews have never stayed at bad hotels lol. We've stayed at some pretty sketchy and gross places in the past and this hotel was good."

"Clean, safe, comfortable- this property fit the bill after many hours on the road. Complete breakfast, easy parking and easy to locate the hotel. Lots of fast food options nearby and we chose an Applebee’s 1 mile away."
