"When interacting with staff they were helpful, kind, and professional. We had plenty of clean and folded towels, but they were not stacked or hanging neatly, just kind of thrown on the shelf/rack. Room was clean, mostly. No criticisms for the sleeping area. Shower had dirty grout, drain pulled out and sitting on edge of tub, and when taking a shower, with water temp turned all the way hot, the water was lukewarm at best. Shower was tolerable but definitely not hot. Only had 2 ice machines on entire property. One of them was not working. The other was completely on the other side of the property. It was easier and faster to drive to it. Not necessarily a criticism but something that occupied my mind for the stay, all the room doors open to the hallway and not into the room."
