“We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity. “The staff was super friendly. It made me feel like I was staying with well loved relatives!”

“Nobody in office 8 pm til 11 am. Don't go looking for a great breakfast. Staff friendly when we were there. Mold in shower, debris on carpet, windows covered in ripped ancient contact paper. Beds comfy, convenient location. All wood decks and stairs cracked, loose, shaky and decrepit. Only a few chairs available and some broken. Prepare yourself to dash across busy street to reach tiny bit of sandy beach. Did see a canoe there.”

“My room was clean & ready so I could put my overnight belongings in my room before I headed to my concert venue. The hotel is very close to the venue. Since it was first trip to the Bank of America Pavillion for a show I now am familiar with your hotel & the area, I won’t hesitate to come out for other shows & stay at your hotel!!”

“As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...

“Kevin and Karen were so welcoming and made you feel at home. Such a delightful place to stay in the middle of all the excitement of Meredith, NH and Lake Winnipesaukee/weirs beach!!! We would visit again!!!”

“This hotel is NOT even close to what it looks like in the pictures. It is a dilapidated, very dated hotel in need of a gut and complete replacement of everything. The indoor pool is empty, the grounds are littered and frankly scary to stay there, we got in and got out as quickly as possible in the morning. For the price.. this was WAY WAY over priced..”

“The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.”
