"Excellent breakfast. Shuttle ended before we could get a ride back from town at dinner. They said they could arrange a car to airport but upon checkin had no options for us because of strike however, I could get transport through travel apps. They should not have scared us with the initial information of no transportation but should have had options to offer. They advertised a bar/lounge but that does not exist. We had a group that wanted to have an area to socialize and only the pool area was offered which was cold at night and only lounge chairs for seating. Check in took a long time. Nice snack offered at check in. No restaurant on site but hotel could bring in food. Overall nice place but not as convenient as others might be. Views are beautiful"

Our room was nice but it was quite noisy at times as we were directly under the dining room so we heard to tables being moved for breakfast and the sounds of a loud event one night of our stay. "This was an amazing hotel and experience for us in the Almafi Coast. The Ravello Art Hotel Marmorata is in a beautiful location right off the coast, with an amazing view and experience. The hotel staff are 2nd to none and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend! Francesco is an amazing person and helpful hotel staff member at the front desk. He helped us, was very patient, and answered all our questions during our stay. Thank you, Francesco for such a wonderful experience! We will be back!"

"This is an older grand hotel which sits directly overlooking the Gulf of Naples. It's within an easy and mostly flat walk to the stores and restaurants of Sorrento. The rooms were comfortable but tight and the bathroom was a decent size for Italy. The glass partition in the tub, which was supposed to prevent water from going out onto the floor, had a loose-fitting seal at the bottom so the water ran down the glass and onto the floor when you took a shower. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet, which is included, had a very large selection of delicious items. It also had a pool area and restaurant for lunch with outdoor seating. None of them were crowded during our visit last week."
