“An absolutely beautiful facility. Price was very affordable. Rooms were extremely clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Wifi was great and having a full refrigerator in the room with hot plate was extremely accommodating. However, not having a full-time attendant at the front desk is kind of inconvenient. When we arrived the first afternoon to check in, although instructed to call a number with the phone available in the lobby to let someone know we needed assistance, it was uncomfortable and...

“This location is nice. Pool area beautiful. I was disappointed that on Sunday’s there is not a welcome time. That was the reason I booked here. I would stay again if during the week.”

“Easy to get to from I-5 going South Rooms ok and bed comfortable but no lights by bed - just overhead lights, so impossible if on person wants to stay up longer to read, etc. Major issue was with the shower and unable to regulate temperature. A mm one way or another delivered scalding hot water or cold. Very unsafe. We reported it to the desk.”

“We stayed on the 3rd floor and everything was great, until we were getting ready for bed at 10 pm. We noticed a couple tiny bugs on the comforter. When I pulled back the sheets there were multiple tiny bugs that scattered. We checked the second bed… same thing. We had pictures and videos of bugs. They gave us 2 new rooms on the second floor. (We had a suite to begin with.) We were super grateful but when we went into the first room it smelled off (we found old fast food under the bed that had...

“This hotel seems more suitable for business travelers than families. The staff never informed us that dinner at the hotel restaurant required a reservation, even though we were staying at the hotel. When we arrived, the staff looked at us as if we weren’t dressed well enough, and they seemed unsure where to seat us. It made us feel like they assumed we couldn’t afford to eat there. Every guest should be treated with respect, regardless of how they are dressed.”

“Area was nice, room was good and breakfast too. Elevator was broken and the pool heater as well so that was not the best.”

“Our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay the only issue was the breakfast breakfast was cold and it was removed before 10 am on a Sunday. Then before 10 am the staff started cleaning the tables making us feel rushed and unwelcomed. We came down and paid for breakfast at 930 and nothing was mentioned about when breakfast service would be ending it was buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, make your own waffles,bagels and assorted breads.”

“Extremely dirty, there was blood and puke on the carpet in the first room. The office offered us cleaning supplies, but we demanded a new room. All amenities were closed and they only stocked breakfast once. There was drug activity on the second floor. Marijuana smell from multiple rooms. Elevator was 3 years expired service. Will never stay again, but was forced to stay when they denied refund.”
