"Room was small but functional. Check-in was automated, which was appreciated after arriving on a late flight. Free coffee was available in the lobby in the morning. The gym was clean and a good size for the hotel."

"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "
