"Great stay, great staff. Front desk was always helpful and the room exceeded our expectations. Lots of room, one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen. "

"Lovely to be in a hotel that is so efficient but also so colourful and interesting to be in. Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel was situated close to everything without it being in the centre of the city. Happily would stay there again anytime I am in Copenhagen."

"Beautiful place , de decor very Nordic style which was lovely. The only thing we didn’t love was the size of the rooms, very small. Other than that it was very nice and the staff was helpful. "

"We had an amazing stay in Tivoli Hotel. The staff were all fantastic and very helpful. We were in an executive lounge the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had - the range of food and drink available absolutely blew me away. The executive lounge is also very useful in the evening as it allows you to save a bit of money buying meals and alcoholic out and about (fairly expensive in Copenhagen). We were able to have smaller snacks such as hotdogs, fries, sandwiches while out and then top up from the bread, cheese, meat, pickles, fruit and cake, beer and wine available in the evening.
The pool facilities were good. A lovely ambiance down there with warm, slightly salty water. There is a decent stretch to lane swim - I think it is 25m.
I would highly recommend this hotel and this city for a stay - we are already trying to plan our next visit! "
"The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful, and the dinners fantastic. Our room could have had more lighting and the bed pillows were not very comfortable. We enjoyed the layout on the first floor and had coffee there everyday. The location was central to the museums and sights that we walked to each of the seven days we were there. I am so glad to have found it and will choose it in other cities in the future !"
"The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfastcwas excellent, with many homemade items. This hotel is right across from Østerport train station and a grocery store. So covenient! Easy walk to the Little Mermaid in one direction, and Rosenborg Castle in the other. Our room was street side. Train noises were not an issue. "
"Really enjoy my stay here, self check in & check out was easy enough to do. Good location, roughly 10 min walk to Tivoli gardens, the city centre is a bit further but a train station & bus stops are nearby; Plus you have the option of Uber. Room was a bit small but it was enough for me because I didn't stay in the room that much, it was just somewhere to lay my head a night. Bed was comfortable as well. "
