โThe location is perfectโright in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.
Overall, a wonderful place to stayโmodern comfort, fantastic...
โThe hotel is close to the shopping area of Livingston. It has everything that you would need, from good parking, to fabulous food next door in their restaurant to easy EV charging facilities.
The room is comfortable, with everything you need, kettle, TV, free WiFi. Highly recommended.โ
โI liked having the kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The free standing fan came in very handy as it was very hot when I visited. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and found it very quiet. Handy to have shops and restaurants nearby. Great to have free parking right at the front of the building.โ
โStaff at reception were excellent, the bar staff were friendly and the cleaners were not only polite but also very friendly. They all are a credit to the company.
The hotel itself while clean could do with a little revamp but otherwise canโt be faulted. โ
โOnly a short walk to the kelpies, which is great. Close to walk or short drive somewhere for something to eat.
The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were really helpful and polite. The room was lovely and spacious, the beds were comfy and had a lovely shower in the morning. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. Despite being in a built up area, it was quiet. Had to ask for a hairdryer as their not left in the room, but absolutely no problem getting one and I handed it back in on...
โWe only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Boโness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay.
Highly recommend! โ
โThis little gem of a hotel is tucked into a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food at the on site restaurant was amazing, the locals in the bar were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. There was a large parking lot and local trails for walking. We got our laundry done for a very reasonable price, left folded/hung in our room. Highly recommend! โ
โClose to the airport. Large rooms with air conditioning.
It has a restaurant on site but when we went to eat there we were told it was closed because they had let in a large group and to come back at 9:30, when it would reopen. When we went back at 9:30, they were rather abrupt with us and said they took the last order at 9:35. They reluctantly let us in when we told them that was what we had been told. I am celiac and their Gluten free options were the poorest I had seen in the UK in 3 weeks. โ
