"You get what you pay for. The property is run down. The room was dirty with spider webs in the corner of the ceiling. The room looked like trash and there’s people who look like trash walking around the property at all hours of the night. There’s not actually a front desk receptionists, it’s a kiosk and you’re talking to someone from India who is checking you in. If I wasn’t only staying there one night I would’ve left. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere nicer and avoid this place at all costs."

"Check in staff was great and the rooms were clean BUT our first room had 2 spiders, the female housekeepers didn’t speak or even smile at all even when standing 2 feet away. Nor did the supervisor (wearing the white shirt) They opened our room door to see if room was empty with us standing in front of the door outside. 2 hours before checkout time. No communication at all to see if it was our room that we were standing right in front of. If you are scared of lizards DO NOT stay in the front section AND THIS PLACE 0 ELEVATORS. Due to the spiders we had to switch rooms immediately which caused us to arrive for breakfast at 10:02 and they would not let us in. How was the lateness our fault??? "

"The Uber driver and I couldn't even find this hotel. There is no outside sign to see! There is no outside building address number to see! It took an unusually long time for the front desk to check me in. My room had a strong chemical smell long. There was no breakfast available for guests."

"The outside of the property looks beautiful...then you get inside your room and it is a dump. My first room faced the freeway. The room stunk and was very dirty. It seemed like the people in the rooms next to me lived there and it sounded like the people on the 2nd floor were going to crash through the ceiling because the floor was so thin and creaked. The beds were hard as a rock. They moved me to the 2nd floor facing the pool. The room was slightly dirty. The walls need to be washed and repainted. Grout in the bathroom needs to be professionally cleaned. A couple of the towels had hair stuck on them. 1 bed was comfortable and the other was not. The pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable. No toiletries other than a bar of hand soap. The walls are paper thin so we heard the phone conversations of the room to our right and we could hear what the neighbor to our left was watching at night plus we could hear the conversations he was having with his chaperone group when they would come to his room at night and in the morning. I had interactions with 4 different people working the front desk. 2 were polite and 2 seemed like they hated their jobs. 1 of the men who seemed to hate his job was laying on the lobby couch playing on his phone; very unprofessional, and when I walked outside, his coworker was sweeping up the parking lot and working very hard. I never felt unsafe, but I don't think I'll stay here again unless it's my last option "
