"My stay was horrible, the room smelled horrible. It had a stinge like a mixture of mold and old cigarette smoke. I took a shower with a shower head full of black, green and yellow colored mold. The walls all around the property looked so old that the wall paper was peeling off. The hallway smelled old and it was very smokey. It reminded me like the movie "The Shining". You can actually hear everyone's conversation inside the room. But the staff, they were wonderful and I feel sad that they have to work in a place so lowly maintained. "

"All was good except hot tub worked when we got there then they shut it off and said no more heat in the hot tub front desk said they dont want to fill it with concrete"

"Don't get catfished by the photos. Place is old, poorly maintained, smells weird, and seems to have a large majority of long-term shady looking residents. Still if you can't be bothered by any of that and need to save as much as you can, this place is definitely what you get when they say you get what you pay for. "

"AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound. "

"Yes it did. But there was no tissues in the tissue box by the sink. And they gave us a room with a half roll of toilet paper on the holder. "
