"My son and I had a great time. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to walk to the Carowinds Park and Ride some roller coasters. The people at the front desk and all the staff are amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet and very clean. I will say that the room condition was not that great. There were water stains in the ceiling in the bathroom as well as some mold. The shower spigot was loose and pulled away from the wall. The bathroom door did not close in latch properly neither did the shower door. It did seem like the bathrooms needed a little bit of love but it was not cleanliness, it was more of Maintenance upkeep issues."
