โIt was the last hotel on a long road trip, and it was the worst. The first was that they gave us a tool room used by the housekeepers and the door kept slamming shut until 10 o'clock at night. It was really horrible for us as we were tired.
And the pillow smelled like a pile of smelly hair. It's been a few days since I stayed at this hotel, but I can still remember the smell. They need to level up the hotel a little more.โ
โI enjoy staying at the Whitney Peak in Reno. It is unlike anything you will find downtown, they have a beautiful lobby and rooms, friendly staff, and itโs quiet and easy to navigate which I love. The locations is great too, with El Dorado being across the street, the Reno sign being right there, and fun bars close by. I am a happy returning guest here.โ
โThe hotel condition was overall satisfactory. However, we paid a deposit of US 100.00 when we checked in to the hotel, but when we checked out, we found that it was not returned. Please confirm when the US 100.00 deposit will be returned.โ
โRooms were generally clean and updated. Hotel itself was pretty dated, but partners hotels were great and literally within a couple of mins walk.โ
โWe were given a room that faced a wall. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and it didn't feel special enough. I asked to be moved to a higher floor and the desk clerk upgraded us to a suite. What a awsome surprise. The buffet was great, staff was accommodating and polite. A great experience for us.โ
