โIt was the last hotel on a long road trip, and it was the worst. The first was that they gave us a tool room used by the housekeepers and the door kept slamming shut until 10 o'clock at night. It was really horrible for us as we were tired.
And the pillow smelled like a pile of smelly hair. It's been a few days since I stayed at this hotel, but I can still remember the smell. They need to level up the hotel a little more.โ

โI love this place other than the smoking. Restaurants plenty, staff has been great cost me $45 to check in early. I will come back to Reno itโs a nice small town Vegas is to chaotic. โ
โRoom and location was excellent.. like self check in and check out was good to the long line and waiting Food was average quality.. no water bottles in roomโ
โWe really liked our experience at this resort hotel. Our room was large and clean. The food was good for dinner and breakfast. The service was great, especially in the restaurant. The only problem we had was our toilet handle did not work. They tried to fix it but it still didnโt work. โ
โFor the price the room is basically updated nicely microwave refrigerator good bathroom decent television the pillows are very comfortable but the mattress could use an upgrade.โ
โStaff did clean standard things like toilet sanitation but some things glossed over. For example the table had a sticky spot next to the lampi had to clean before I could use my work laptop on the table. Floorboard under desk had dinge marks probably from people putting their feet there. The floor had a certain dingy stickiness to it, could not walk in socks let alone barefoot. Easy to improve by increasing a deeper clean schedule where staff cleans, polish, and move furniture etc.โ
โWe came into town for a family funeral and originally had booked with another property through vrbo. That property had double booked and someone was already in the unit and they canceled on us at 9:00 at night. Coming for a funeral this was the last thing we wanted to have to worry about after driving 13 hours. We ended up coming here to echo suites and it was a perfect stay. Much better area and cleaner environment than where we originally were going to stay so we are grateful. We will stay at...
