โIt was the last hotel on a long road trip, and it was the worst. The first was that they gave us a tool room used by the housekeepers and the door kept slamming shut until 10 o'clock at night. It was really horrible for us as we were tired.
And the pillow smelled like a pile of smelly hair. It's been a few days since I stayed at this hotel, but I can still remember the smell. They need to level up the hotel a little more.โ

โWe traveled from Elko to attend a show in their showroom. Rooms are great, service is great, the aucostics are awesome. We stay here when coming and going from the Reno Airport. You can be relaxed or they have so many things going on as busy as you want. Taking your kids, have a movie theater, bowling alley, game rooms. โ
