This hotel exceeded my expectations. Check-in was seamless, and Jada was professional, friendly, and attentive, providing excellent customer service and genuinely caring about our needs. The morning receptionist was equally impressive—professional, welcoming, and highly accommodating despite a very busy morning. Both staff members went above and beyond for their guests. The environment feels safe, and the hotel is clean both inside and out, including the rooms. Highly recommended!

Friendly, helpful staff. Not what I expected from Ridgecrest or China Lake. I planned on staying in Lone Pine or Independence but everything was booked up for Labor Day weekend. Great stay, nice clean, quiet place. Good continental breakfast. Nice rest after a long day of driving.
