“It was clean and comfortable. Sadly with delayed flights we arrived late which they accommodated for and had to leave early the next morning. Only regret was we didn’t get more time at the accomodation.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was woooow. It was clean 👌”

“1. Service Service is terrible Blaming customer for pushing cheking in When I request check in after checking in time, "We are not prepared because of cleaning is not done, don't you see other people waiting" Blaming customers without apologizing 2.Others Price is expensive than what it offers But location is good for the safety”

“I absolutely loved Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! Very modern and a bit upscale so it has a grown and sexy feel to it. Welcoming staff and my room was very clean. Buffet breakfast tasted great also. And there's a mall across the highway in case you want to go shopping. Overall, I highly recommend!”

“The hotel was in a convenient location and staff were incredible.”
