“This lodge was terrible ,I booked a self-catering chalet however it was given to another group without my consent, I had to be given something that I did not ask for..totally unprofessional i will never use this lodge ever.”

“Great place to stay I extended my stay, no issues Staff are great, food is good Rooms are spacious modern and clean”

“The property is quaint and on a beautiful, gated golf estate. They serve a wonderful breakfast and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. I loved my stay and think they offer a great value. Rooms could use USB or C Type plugs for cellphones. There is no elevator so if stairs are an issue for you this isn't your place. For me, it was the perfect place to stay.”

“ Generally, my family and I had a good stay. We however felt rushed to leave the room to allow for cleaning, with knocks and telephone calls to ask when we would vacate. Sometimes we were woken up by loud vacuum cleaning. It would be good to invest in training of the staff even if they are temporary. One was obviously unwell with a flu as she served breakfast. Another at the reception told us that '"I am only a student" when we pointed out a serious safety hazard and potential risk to injury:...

“Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant is truly amazing. We arrived on the Blue Train and stayed 3 nights on the way to Victoria Falls. The driver said most guests arrive or deposit by the Blue Train or Rovos Rail and spend only 1 night. What a pity! The hotel is such a wonderful experience in itself. “This is our 3rd time to stay at the Rasmus and the 2nd in this room. We enjoy going for a getaway as a couple.”

“1. Service Service is terrible Blaming customer for pushing cheking in When I request check in after checking in time, "We are not prepared because of cleaning is not done, don't you see other people waiting" Blaming customers without apologizing 2.Others Price is expensive than what it offers But location is good for the safety”

“Amazing stay, beautiful property! Even with the construction currently underway my stay was absolutely amazing!”

“Amazing . Lovely staff and very respectful”

“Convenient location, two great restaurants on site. Lovely to cool down in the pool in the hot climate. Thank you for a lovely stay ”
