โJust outside from Lajatico. Trip for Bocelli concert. Perfect location great room good restaurant and staff was more than helpful and welcoming. If you want the full service near the actual town center stay here. โ

โIn general a very basic hotel. I booked a Junior Suite (as the booking price then was the same as a standard room, but bormally itโs not). The extra space though did not contribute in any way to more comfort, actually just a greater distance to the small and worn out bathroom. Donโt get fooled by the pictures, the โdecorโ in the room not very appealing.
Breakfast was the worst I had so far in Italy.
My Spa appointment was cancelled by them half an hour after it was confirmed.

โAmazing, out-of-the way gem. The hotel staff were friendly, proactive and extremely helpful. The property itself is so unique--it was fun to just explore the hallways and corridors. Beautiful views of the valley, and easy to access, right in the middle of the town square.โ

โPros: clean and quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get around when travelling by car.
Minor inconvenience: our bathroom was setup for handicapped people and we had to put towels around the shower doors to avoid flooding.โ
