The water burnt my eyes a little, but I did not think much of it. Put some water in my mouth to brush my teeth and immediatly spit it out - salt water! Like from the ocean. “객실이 넓고 청결하였으며 고풍스러워서 들어서자마자 마음에 쏙 들었다. 객실의 디자인도 위치에 따라 달라 재미있었다. 조식도 원하면 룸으로 가져다 주었고 맛있었다. 호텔이 old town에 위치해 있어 관광하기 좋았다. 다만 주차장이 타운 바로 밖에 위치해 있었는데, 주차료가 비싼 편으로 24시간 주차하지 않았는데도 주차료가 18유로가 나왔다.”
“The Casa Collection apartments are great with a panoramic view of the Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains. The units are brand new and very clean. There's construction in the area so it was a bit dusty mostly from the dirt road. The staff allowed us to checkin early. A couple of things to note:
1) there are no restaurants or eating options nearby so plan accordingly. If you are not carrying any food you can order with Glovo or drive to the old town to grab a bite.

Die Bauqualität ist miserabel und für das, dass das Hotel nur 4 Jahre alt ist, ist alles mögliche kaputt. Wenn man eine „Suite“ bekommt, ist die winziger als eine Abstellkammer. “We spent two weeks in Montenegro- this was the only property that was a disappointment. After checkin we waited three hours for our room, after being told the room was empty and would be cleaned promptly. Front desk attendant was rude and it wasn’t until I asked for manager did we get any resolution. I had also asked for a room on a high floor and away from the pool due to noise. Our room was on the first floor next to the pool.”
“Let’s start with the bad - one of the reception staff pushed the limit of the definition of poor service. She was aggressive and unwilling to help in any way. We watched her shout at people because they booked their own taxi when she told them it would be 20 minutes for the one she contacted.
