“I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it.
I had to wash my clothes twice

“The trim on the walls for the doorways were off. The bathroom was semi clean, but the showerhead and faucet were loose and coming out of their holes. The elevator door was broken, kept shutting on us and of course the pool was down and has been for almost a year now, the lady said.”

The rest of the building needed some drastic upgrades. The tile...

“The manager was very helpful. I thought that he couldn’t find my second room reservation, but it turned out that when Expedia asked me for the person name for the second room, they actually put that person‘s name on the reservation, even though I was making the reservation and paying for both rooms. So a note – if you’re reserving more than 1 room for traveling companions or family members, put your name on all of the rooms.”
