"This was our second time staying at Perry’s. First time was wonderful and no complaints which is why we chose to stay again. This time we had to call daily, multiple times, to get garbage taken out and fresh towels at a minimum because our room was never serviced. The staff for the most part were friendly and kind and the main areas well taken care of. "

The only downside is that we checked in after hours and had a unit with a lock and key (not a hotel key) and security did not have a key for us. Luckily we were checking out the next morning but it was disappointing that we couldn't come and go (no ability to lock/unlock from inside)."

"Our room was dirty. The couch was ripped and the pull out mattress sunk in. You could feel every coil sticking into your back. Could not sleep on it. Had to put sheets over the couch and sleep on that."

"This was a great hotel for a quick sleep. I did not have time to do more than check in, take a shower, sleep and leave. Check in was easy, parking was easy but the bathroom cleanliness and mattresses weren't the best."

"Everything was so very clean and sanitized. The view was stunning, and the pool was pleasantly heated. Beach was very accessible and easy to clean up after before reentering the building. Each room also felt like its own private oasis and no other rooms blocking views. Will be staying again!"
