1. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not explain my book including.
For example, I asked her about my breakfast after the check-in process, for 3 times!!!!!( that night, and then tomorrow morning, and after the breakfast.)

2. I ate the dinner of your hotel restaurant when I arrived day. It's so nice place, nice circumstance.
I couldn't the reservation there so crew asked me to leave...
โ@nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it was as good as the 1st time, very convenient place to stay by Howard Smith Wharves, has a great roof top bar and restaurant and the rooms are very comfortable at an affordable rate โ
