There were no towels and the cleanliness and care of the room was horrible with streaks and the shower was splattered with filth from previous renters and the toilet leaked every time we flushed the toilet.

Absolutely Best Riverside Inn and Suites

I love this place! I've stayed a couple of times when coming to Riverside visit family and the service is wonderful. Even the smell of the rooms and comfy bed and pillows and front desk staff always greet you with welcome smile which remind me of Southern TN Hospality back home down south. Absolutely one of the best hotels in Riverside and when traveling back again I will return to Riverside Inn and Suites

The property was so dirty, stinky, the heater didn’t work, the restroom didn’t have towels and was really nasty, the tv controllers didn’t work either, the blankets had hollows and were stinky as well, I asked for replacement and they didn’t have, there was human excrement on the parking lot……etc

Firm bed, small blankets

We stayed in a room on the second floor of the building in the back, the corridors smelled of stale smoke despite the no smoking signs. The room was clean and smelled much better than the halls, the sheets were not fitted and too small for the King bed they were on, the blankets were also on the small side. The bed itself was extremely firm. The stay overall was okay.

The room had devil worshipping signs all over ,666 written on the mirror. As soon as we showed up we seen 2 fights, 4 prostitutes working in the parking lot and the rooms have a major water leak that saturated the wood floors.

Worst hotel ever please don’t book it to anyone

The hotel was terrible and the worst place I have ever stayed in! Cockroaches, no blankets, one dirty towel. Sheets filthy, the entire room smelled like and ashtray, no electric outlet covers, toilet broken, microwave broken, all furniture broken and filthy inside, lampshades held together with plastic bag clips and had mismatched shades and no bulbs installed, filthy tub and shower! Looked to be not scrubbed in months, shower curtain totally moldy! Homeless people banging on my door yelling at all various hours of the day and night, and also shooting drugs on the premises right outside my window in front of my family! Staff did nothing to resolve these issues other then keep their office locked up 24-7!

The room was dirty and in bed if repair. There were people staying there that were up all night yelling and slamming doors in and out. No one controlled the rif raff.

My stay was terrible... the room was dirty large pieces of trash on the floor, cheap broken plastic chairs, dead bugs on the wall, there was trash in the bathtub drain the shower head was broken it flodded the shower, the mattress was hard as a bored and the bed made me itch non stop i spent the entire night sleeping sitting in a hard plastic chair
