"We may have arrived on an off day, but our check-in process was terrible. There was a line the entire length of the lobby after 4 pm (when check out started). The front desk staff were not communicating with the line as to the reason of the delays. It then turned out that many guests with reservations through expedia did not actually have rooms reserved, with no help from the hotel. Luckily our reservation was still valid. The mobile key they send to your mobile phone then did not work for an additional 15 minutes, making the check-in process stressful and over 1.5 hours. The room itself was clean and nice, but the block where the entrance of the hotel was felt pretty unsafe. Unfortunately, don't think we'll be returning. "

"I wouldn't know the condition of the hotel as I did only stayed there for 10 minutes. I can tell you that communication with the phone through Hotels.com was unacceptable because nobody answered the phone. I can tell you communication I can tell you that if you consider renovations painted over the walls that are deteriorating in the hallway 2 feet from the floor that's not renovation. I can tell you of the giant holes that are in the P Stone sprayed cement roof. I guess that's what it is or overhangs that have giant holes in them are not renovations. I can tell you that spraying gray paint over the entire building where the brick has a chair rated along with the air conditioning systems is not a renovation. I don't know what else you want me to tell you the property is in very very disarray hence severely needs major work if not, possibly demolition in starting overManager didn't happen until eight hours later."

"We stayed two nights for a local wedding. Immediately when we got in our room it smelled absolutely terrible. Like rotting broccoli and musty cigars. We tried to be easy and assumed other rooms may smell as well. When we woke up the first morning the AC unit leaked all into our floor and it was sopping wet. They were able to send maintenance to fix it but the maintenance and housekeeping said nothing about the smell and acted as if it were not there. Our families room right next door we found out smelled beautiful. So overall we were stuck with a musty smelling room for two nights for a very high price. The only compensation we were offered was a 25 dollar meal voucher. What a joke. Will definitely consider other options next time."
