"原本打算到貓貓溫泉酒店過一晚除浸溫泉外，又可和貓貓一齊開心的過一個晚上但很失望，晚餐是 店舖叫的外賣份量很少是普通的定食不能加量而且得幾嚿肉，這點必須要改善。
若要和貓貓玩卻原來需要進入另外一間貓房並要付款才可進入，這一點也令人失望！
職員是非常的友善有禮，這點是值得讚。性價比不高。"

"My wife an I had an amazing time at this ryokan. The facilities, hospitality and food are all worth 5 stars. As soon as we came in we were greeted with a delicious snack. The check in process was very simple and after a tour of the facility we were out enjoying the multiple onsen facilities. There are several baths areas. There are 2 traditional outdoor areas for women and men. There are 2 private bath area, both with an indoor and outdoor baths. And then there are 2 rooftop baths in the new building that was added 2 years ago.
We booked a traditional Japanese room which was very comfortable and had a nice view of Mt Yufu.
The food was outstanding . We had breakfast and dinner 2 days in a row and every dish was delicious and unique. The hospitality was outstanding, very attentive and they took care of every detail.

"Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. The private baths were nice and a good way to relax and unwind. The free shuttle from Yufuin station was convenient.
The food was great - lots of variety to try. I liked the Kabosu cocktail - highly recommend as an add-on. "
